Yeaterday was the Official "World Day of Physical Activity" so to play our part we chose a walk in the Nat Trust NI's Castleward Estate. We embarked on the 13km circular Multi Purpose Trail. This walk gives the walker every type of walk in the book. Coastal, Farm, Woodland, Wildlife, Wildflower and even a view of the location for a Gaem of Thrones film set!

Stunning ever changing views. Highly recommended.
