Belfast Lecture July 2013

Posted: 20/7/2013

Belfast City Council have been running a popular Literary  lunchtime reading series on Wednesday lunchtimes for  the last year or so. Next Wednesday July 24th they had planned to host a reading by Shirley Lanigan who has  recently published a book called The 100 Best Gardens in Ireland.

Sadly due to Family reasons Shirley cannot be there. We  wish her well!

Trevor has agreed at short notice to deliver an illustrated  presentation on his take on Shirley's "100 Best Garden in Ireland". Trevor will draw on his knowledge and experiences in some of the 100 gardens in Shirleys Book and perhaps a few of his own favourites. Undoubtedly it will have a sprinkling of History, Hints, Tips, Advice and Stories including lots of images the garden diversity throughout the Island….

- oh yes…… and a bit of "Craic".

Ulster Hall, Belfast, Presentation between 1 & 2pm - admission is FREE
