About Trevor Edwards Gardens

With some 40 years experience in horticulture Trevor has interests in Garden Design, Consultancy & Project Management, Garden Tours, Writing, TV & Radio Broadcasting. As a Lifelong Horticulturist his main focus is on Garden + Landscape Design & Consultancy. He has undertaken many small and larger projects working directly with Clients and also through other professionals such as Architects & Planners.

Trevor is a frequent contributor to the Radio U105 and BBC NI radio programme Gardeners Corner. He has  presented television gardening on BBCtv, RTE and UKGold.

He is widely regarded as an expert and regularly lectures on the Gardens of Ireland and has lectured in many parts of the world on the topic. He acts as an expert guide to Garden Tour operators and runs Plantsman's Garden Tours which offers Expert Guiding and specialist Garden tours into and out of Ireland.

He has worked closely with the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and Tourism Ireland to promote Garden Tourism into Northern Ireland & the Rep of Ireland.

Trevor is honoured to be a member of the Garden Writers Association. He contributes regularly to various magazine and tourism publications.

He also greatly interest in the Gardens of Italy and has even undertaken some garden consultancy work in the Sorrento area!

Other interests include: Sailing, Architecture, Conservation, Restoration, Garden History and Photography
